Mandurah Family Resort is a 3-minute drive from Mandurah Ocean Marina and a 10-minute walk to a number of cafes and restaurants. The heart of Mandurah is a 5-minute drive away.

All 2-bedroom villas are air-conditioned, self contained and feature a fully equipped kitchen and dining areas. All villas have either a courtyard or balcony.

There is shared laundry and BBQ within the resort. A trampoline and children's playground is featured.
